San Cristobal is an island that deserves to be discovered. You will immediately fall under the charm of its small town Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. The island is much quieter than its neighbor Santa Cruz. You can relax there and enjoy these beautiful beaches, easily accessible just a few steps from the city.
Please note that all excursions are accompanied by a local naturalist guide who can give you a lot of information about the entire archipelago.

Day 1 – Arrival at San Cristóbal Airport – Transfer to the hotel – Beach and snorkeling – Night in 3-star accommodation in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno
Day 2 – Snorkeling at Léon Dormido (Kicker Rock) – Stop on a beach – Night in 3-star accommodation in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno
Day 3 – Hike and snorkeling in Punta Pitt – Night in 3-star accommodation in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno
Day 4 – Visit to the upper part of the island – Night in 3-star accommodation in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno

Day 1 - Arrival on San Cristóbal
AM
- Arrival of travelers at San Cristóbal airport on the Galapagos Islands;
- All visitors must pay Galápagos National Park entrance fees upon arrival. Arrange for payment of 200 USD in cash (price subject to change without notice);
- After collecting your luggage, transport awaits you for the transfer to your hotel;
PM
- Late lunch to be planned in town (not included);
- You can take advantage of the end of the day to rest or enjoy the city;
- If you wish, it will be possible to go snorkeling and enjoy a beach near the city for the end of the day;
- Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);
- Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
Day 2 - León Dormido
AM
- Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
- A journey of approximately 40 minutes by boat awaits you to reach the site of León Dormido (Kicker rock);
León Dormido is a site located west of San Cristóbal. The rock gets its name from the fact that, from a certain angle, it looks like a sleeping lion. The site is made up of 2 giant monoliths, which offer wall snorkeling where it is possible to observe large pelagics, schools of fish and sharks, sea turtles and much more!

- Stop on a beach on the way back (place to be determined depending on the places authorized by the National Park);
- Return to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno late in the afternoon;
- Return to the hotel and free time in the afternoon;
- Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);
- Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
Day 3 - Punta Pitt
AM
- Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day around 8:00;
- Boat trip to reach the Punta Pitt site;
The Punta Pitt site is at the northeastern tip of the island of San Cristóbal. This is the only place in the archipelago where it is possible to observe the 3 species of gannets present in the Galapagos. The freediving site is located along an eroded rock. It is possible to observe different pelagics, turtles, etc. there. After freediving, you will also have time to explore the magnificent land portion of Punta Pitt to observe the bird colonies.

- Return to the hotel at the end of the afternoon and free time at the end of the day;

Day 4 - Visit to the upper part of the island
During this day, you will have the opportunity to go for short hikes, snorkeling and have time to relax on magnificent beaches, while observing the local flora and fauna..
This day will offer you a complete overview of the island of San Cristóbal.
AM
- Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day;
- Hiking El Junco;
- Visit to the turtle breeding center and visit to a beach for swimming and snorkeling;
- Light lunch served during the excursion.
PM
- Return to the hotel at the end of the afternoon and free time at the end of the day;
- Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);
- Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
Day 5 - Española Island
AM
The island of Española is surrounded by magnificent rock cliffs. It is also the only island to shelter a large colony of albatross which come to nest and brood there during the spring. The best time to observe them are April and May, but they are generally present from mid-April to mid-December. If you visit this island in another season, you will still be able to observe large colonies of sea lions, land iguanas, marine iguanas, different species of gannets and with a little luck, giant tortoises endemic to the island.

- A journey of approximately 2 hours by boat awaits you to reach the island of Española;
- Snorkeling and light hiking on Española;
- A lunch is served during the activity;
- Return navigation to San Cristóbal;

- Return to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno late in the afternoon;
- Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);
- Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
Day 6 - San Cristóbal
During this day, you will visit the San Cristóbal interpretation center which will offer you a lot of information on the Galapagos Islands. You will then continue hiking through magnificent trails leading you to freediving sites and beaches where you can immerse yourself one last time in the fauna and flora of the islands.
AM
- Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the day;
- Walk to the San Cristóbal Interpretation Center;
- Visit to the interpretation center;
- Hike the trails and stop at Las Tijeretas for freediving;
- Return to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno in early afternoon;
PM
- Late lunch to be planned in town (not included);
- Dinner in a restaurant in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (not included);
- Night in 3-star accommodation – Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
Day 7 - San Cristóbal
AM
- Breakfast serve at the hotel and luggage preparation;
- You will have the opportunity to enjoy the town of Puerto Baquerizo Moreno one last time before noon before taking the plane to Quito in the early afternoon;
- Transfer to the airport;
PM
- Return flight to Quito/Guyaquil*.
