Deposits
If you would like to book this trip as a land only package- without flights, your non refundable deposit is $100 and you will be responsible for booking your own flights.
When you book this package with a roommate at a double occupancy rate, you are agreeing that if one of the roommates cancels or does not pay for the trip in full by the final due payment date, the remaining roommate's package will default to a single occupancy rate and the remaining roommate is responsible for paying the increased amount. The airline will need to rebook you and you will be subject to the current price at the date of rebooking.
Please be mindful when choosing a roommate.

Important Information
1. When making your booking please made sure to type your name in FULL as in appears on your Passport.
Passengers returning to the U.S. by air from any international destination must have a valid passport, and may be denied boarding by the airline if the passport is damaged, mutilated, or has excessive wear. A “Passport Card” is not acceptable. If your name on your passport (or for non-U.S. citizens, “valid travel documents”) does not match your name on your travel documentation, you will not be allowed to travel. A passport valid for up to 6 months past the date of completed travel is required when traveling internationally. Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what is printed on their travel documents must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree. If you are not a U.S. citizen, contact your destination’s consulate or embassy to determine required entry documents. Any passenger who is denied boarding due to lack of proper documentation will have their vacation canceled. Failure to comply with the above requirements will result in you not being allowed to travel and no refund will be given
2. You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account and make payments.
3. Any name change requests require prior approval and will incur a $50 change fee per person and will as stated require the package to be rebooked which can result in an increase in the package price.
