Hello Margaret, We are happy to see that you were able to make a good thing out of what seemed to be a bit hectic. I have spoken to the back office, as I get very concerned when we are not on point with our venues. Unless I am misunderstanding we were given a contracted lunch spot of 12:30- 1:45 by ther booking operator. The opening and closing of buffet is a GENERAL public time. Groups are assigneed times to reduce a bottle neck. We will certainly and respectfully hear you about the escort and will add that in. This is our 4th journey to Resorts World yet our first mishap, HOWEVER 1 client mishap is too many. Thank you again for the gracious review. Reading them allows us to take a deeper dive into our planning and preparation and we will certainly be having a meeting with those involved on the front line.

Good Morning, I am deeply saddened we did not hold up to your expectations and respect the decision to not travel with us again. I would like to speak to the comments as I, and my team, show up each and everyday at our office to do nothing less than ensure flawless trips and open communication. Check in time for hotels are between 3 and 4pm. I do not see where we advised rooms will be ready upon arrival. We arrive at the property early to give ample time at the venue/casino. Baggage handling is definitely a challenge as hotels are still extremely short staffed and for that I have not excuse. I will, however, take a lesson away from this comment and clearly state that to avoid confusion in the future. Thank you for that perspective. The buffet is open from 10:30-2:00 We are assigned a slot for our group for lunch, as shown on itinerary. I verified prior to writing this that our time was accurate. There is no scheduled seating times at the show. I choose to pad our itinerary by 30 minutes to ensure our travelers get seated in time. Show started at 2:30. the time on the is intentional. Our driver is done after arrival and his personal cell phone is something I would never give out. My cell phone is connected to my office phone, therefore I am available 24/7/365 for any client. Our answering service at office has emergency systems in place. You are never "on your own". Again I respect your decision to no longer travel with Stout's but I cannot allow my company or my staff to be referred to as horrible. We take extreme pride in what they do and I stand behind their performance 100%. I could not ask for a more caring, group of people to call my team. I do hope you find a company that lives up to your expectations as you look to return to RESORTS WORLD. It is a great destination. We will take away some "lessoned learned" from your review and continue to be better each day.
