Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment:
A deposit of 20% is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is partially refundable and depends on the hotels and suppliers involved in your trip. The balance is due no later than 2 months prior to the arrival date. Clients may pay the full amount due all at once if they choose.
Cancelation Policy:
In case you need to cancel your trip, written notice (email OK) is required at least 45 days prior to the arrival date. The cancellation takes effect from the day written confirmation is received. The following cancellation term applies:
- Cancellation more than 45 days prior to the group arrival: No cancellation fees.
- Cancellation between the 45th and 31st day prior to the group arrival: 25% of the total tour price less deposit paid.
- Cancellation between the 30th and 16th day prior to the group arrival: 30% of the total tour price less deposit paid.
- Cancellation between the 15th and 09th day prior to the group arrival: 50% of the total tour price less deposit paid.
- Cancellation between the 08th and 02nd day prior to the group arrival: 75% of the total tour price less deposit paid.
- Less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total tour price less deposit paid.

Climate Impact
- Yugen Earthside automatically includes $10 per guest toward carbon removal contributions through Tomorrow's Air.
