We are Allsome Travel LLC and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Allsome Travel LLC and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

If you did not set up an account during checkout, go to www.WeTravel.com. Click on "Sign In" and enter the email you used to book the trip and send yourself a " Set Password" email. Go to your email inbox to find the latest email that will help you set a password.. 

IDENTIFICATION:  

TSA requires all passengers are responsible to provide Allsome Travel LLC with their correct information as it appears on their passport or other government issue ID. Their name, date of birth, phone number, gender, address and email. Clients must make sure that names are spelled correctly on all forms received by Allsome Travel LLC. ANY case hat the client is denied boarding due to inaccurate information, Allsome Travel LLC is not responsible. 

CHILDREN:

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. They cannot be left alone under no circumstance. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children.  You must include providing safety equipment when necessary.  We will not be responsible if any child gets hurt, ill, hospitalized, or death.

TRAVEL PROTECTION:

As we know anything can happen before your trip. Losing money that you paid for your vacation is just as bad. Although, it is not mandatory, Allsome Travel highly recommends travel insurance.  Travel insurance can  put your mind at ease by covering baggage loss, or delay, cancellations, medical, etc. You can add it anytime before final payment.

REFUNDS:

Due to contractual agreements with airlines, hotels and vendors, all payments to Allsome Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. It allows us to be competitive which allows you to make low monthly payments.

PAYMENTS:

All  reservations require a deposit when you're ready to book. There are three ways you can pay:  major credit card, debit card or money order with the option of paying over the phone. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED! If you have not  paid your planning fee, prices are always subject to change. Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your card or bank account. Payments by credit card will incur a standard 2.9% transaction fee for Visa and Mastercard or 3.9% for AMEX. There are no fees with ACH bank account payments. ACH transfers will not post to your reservation for 5-7 business days. If you request a refund ( where applicable), funds must be received from the ACH transfer before being fully refunded.

PASSPORTS AND VISA:

 It is NOT Allsome Travel LLC responsibility on making sure that clients have the proper travel documents. The client(s) must check with the appropriate visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required for their destination. Passports MUST be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Non-US citizens should check with the  respective consulate of the country being visited for entry requirements. 

PRICES: 

all prices listed are based on per person unless specified. Prices are correct at the time of quotes, however, airfare fluctuates and the capacity may be limited. In the case of human error,  Allsome Travel LLC reserves the right to correct the service or the price. In the even that the price may increase and the client refuses to pay, there will be a total refund to the client (except registration fee).

REGISTRATION/ PLANING FEE:  

Before any trip, vacation will be planned out, registration fee MUST be paid FIRST.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
DEPOSITS: A deposit may be due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non- transferrable. all reservations(unless specified) will require a deposit and will be noted the amount due and with a payment plan.

LATE FEE: 

If for any reason you are late on your monthly payments, there will be a charge of $50 domestically and for the Caribbean Islands. Internationally payments will be a $200 late fee. 

CANCELLATIONS:  

Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email at:  [email protected] You must include your name, address, phone number, the name and date of the trip. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48-72 hrs please call us @ 404-458-1772 to ensure information was received. We understand that sometimes things happen and they go unplanned

AIRLINES: 

Allsome Travel LLC will not be responsible for any services that is imposed by any airline. Airlines schedules and flights are subject to change without notice. Allsome TRavel LLC is not responsible for penalties incurred by tickets international or domestic. Airlines reserve the right to demand immediate issuance of tickets whenever they determine that specific flights are booked when normal ticketing do not apply. Any replacement of air arrangements and airfare will be the responsibility of he passenger.

AIRLINE SEATING:  

All of Allsome Travel LLC  airline contracts are for economy class only unless specified.

AIRLINE TICKETS:  Once full payment is received, Allsome Travel LLC airline tickets will be issued and non-refundable. If for any reason should airline tickets require to be issued earlier than the final due date, it is possible that the client may be required to pay a larger non-refundable deposit and to complete the full payment.
AIRLINE FREQUENT FLIER: It is the responsibility of the client to contact the airline regarding mileage. Frequent flier programs determines whether to award miles in total on their own rule. Private airfares, such as Allsome Travel LLC, are not eligible for mileage or may qualify for reduced mileage, even if the same airline class of service is eligible for full mileage when sold as an instant purchase airfare. 
AIRLINE NAME CHANGES: Any corrections to name changing may require reservations to be cancelled or re- booked. Once airline tickets are issued, subsequent name corrections will be subject to $75 airline revision fee. Name changes must be submitted in writing to:   [email protected]
SCHEDULE CHANGES: In the event of an airline schedule change, Allsome Travel LLC is not responsible including changes in routes, number of stops, delays. Allsome Travel will not provide compensation  for seat arrangements modification, schedule changes, or cancellations implemented by the airline. In the event of any changes are made between the client and the airline, it is the responsibility to advise Allsome Travel LLC of flight details in writing to: [email protected]
PRIVACY:Allsome Travel LLC do not keep and store any financial or sensitive user data on WeTravel servers. User information like credit card numbers, SSNs, banking information are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank grade SSL encryption. Our payment provider in the US is STRIPE (www.stripe.com). Allsome Travel LLC do not have access at any point to the user's information.
