A wonderful retreat and learning experience in Eastern Massachusetts including self-care regimens and meditation.

The week was very rich in learning and client experiences. We started each day with yoga and every day was very full of information, experiential and work with practice clients. The kitchen staff went out of their way to make our meals as Ayurvedic as they could and they put a lot of love in to the food. Thanks for the great time
