Back to School - Back to You, evening yoga retreat
Friday, August 21st from 6 pm-8 pm
Join Do Good Wellness for an evening retreat helping bring you back to you. Provide yourself time away from your agendas and responsibilities to reconnect and realign with your self in the beautiful surrounding of Lake Katherine. Our evening retreat will include an hour hatha style yoga practice to foster re-connection to ourselves steeped in nature. We then move through a sunset walking meditation around the beauty of the Lake ending with our final community meditation. Allow yourself to open up to your own intuition and inner voice setting the tone for the journey through the remainder of 2020.
