JOIN KIMBERLY PAUL AND MAILE SIVERT ON THIS YOGA ADVENTURE GETAWAY.   NO BETTER A TIME AND PLACE FOR A DEEP DIVE INTO YOUR YOGA PRACTICE.  TWO TEACHERS. DESERT OASIS.  BREATHTAKING SUNSETS. DEEP QUIET.   


JOIN US AT OUR NEW HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN PESCADERO, BAJA MEXICO.  A touch south of Todos Santos,  closer to the airport.   OFF A DIRT ROAD WE FIND OUR DESERT OASIS, with fields of majestic Giant Mexican Cardons (cacti). To the west, from your bedroom window, the waves and whales of the Pacific Ocean.  ABOVE US ONLY SKY.


A place for all to delve into… expanding our yoga practice, mindful breathing, ocean meditations, art, journaling, open sky stargazing, whale tails. Connecting with our quiet interior and a caring community of fellow adventurers.

The Place

On a tiny dirt road, a desert oasis.  A new location we’re excited to discover with you.  Palm trees, bohemian, bird sounds, oasis pool. Tree house, bungalow and teepee unique boutique, eco lodging.  This property is near Pescadero, 15 minutes south of Todos Santos.  Quick access from Los Cabos airport (SJD). Close to some of our favorite swimming beaches.

Maile Sivert teaches exploratory, moderate paced flowing yoga classes, always with an emphasis on breath, alignment and philosophy in Marin, California and online. She is inspired by her teacher Richard Freeman, who she has been studying with since 1998. She aims to create an inviting, inclusive atmosphere, where all expressions of yoga are encouraged. Maile loves hiking, dogs, eating vegetables from her garden, foraging for wild food, swimming, doing art with her daughter and mangoes. Let's go on yoga adventures together!

This was an extremely well-planned and enjoyable retreat experience, and I look forward to attending again next year! Maile and Kimberly thoughtfully planned for a variety of interests, creating many options throughout every day for leisure time. The two yoga practices each day were also varied and specifically planned, and there was daily meditation and yoga nidra offered in addition to yoga. The retreat center, lodgings, and staff were lovely, although I know some were frustrated by the fact that we could not walk to the beach -- shuttles were provided, however, and I took full advantage to walk the beach and watch the whales. The restaurant and location were pitch perfect for our last night, with a sunset cocktail reception on the beach with whales breaching just yards offshore. Maile and Kimberly have this retreat dialed, and they are both outstanding, knowledgeable, and versatile yoga instructors.

Maile Sivert was our fine yoga teacher, warm and down to earth. It was restorative and pleasing, with stretching, relaxing, meditating. The soup-and-salad lunch and nature drawing break were just right in the gorgeous country setting, with woods and gardens, yurt and beach.

This is my third time going to a day-long retreat at Green Gulch with Maille. She is a wonderful teacher with a kind and grounding presence. She creates an inviting and easeful environment. I always leave feeling peaceful, inspired, and rejuvenated. Green Gulch is a beautiful place to be immersed in nature and the lunch they serve is delicious! I cannot say enough good things about this experience and can't wait to go back for the next one!
