Courteney has completed over 1500 training hours in various yoga styles with some of the most acclaimed names in the Yoga world. &nbsp;She teaches accessible, grounded classes that integrate the best elements of peer yoga, anatomical precision, and mindfulness teachings that are accessible to all students. Courteney views Yoga as a life practice., beyond the physical practice, and she hopes that, as a lifelong students of Yoga, we can explore and embody the essence of the practice- to feel more intimately connected to ourselves and others; and to live our Yoga, on and off the mat. Courteney has spent the last eight years living on Kauai, teaching yoga classes, and hosting adventure and yoga retreats on the island and worldwide. She also has Master's Degrees in Education and Social Work and is a trained Astrologer and Yoga Therapist. Shanti&nbsp; Shanti Kay Manzano, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience in enhancing mental health and fostering personal growth. Her expertise extends from trauma processing, women's empowerment, holistic healing, and nervous system regulation. Residing on the beautiful island of Kaua’i, she utilizes somatic practices and emphasizes the crucial role of nervous system regulation in the process of healing and self-discovery. Her commitment is to support women through their unique healing journeys, leaning on both the science of psychotherapy as well as the natural healing properties of the environment, in particular the therapeutic powers of the ocean . Shanti is a mother, a healer, an ocean lover and is honored to accompany you towards holistic well-being and inner growth.
