This group, the Restoration & Freedom men, bring together an environment and presentation that — if engaged by the attendee — will transform your life. This "Training Camp" is a place to encounter and experience Jesus in a way that unshackles a man from self-defeating mindsets lurking in the closets of his past. This event is led by men — real men — neither toxically-macho nor current-culture-effeminate. These down-to-earth men who lead this event bear the own testimonies of emptying those same closets and now whole-heartedly follow Jesus the Messiah. I could not more highly recommend this event. Go to it. Go as often as it is offered. Lean in, be transformed; join in, serve God's men as they are transformed.

I was invited by someone with whom I was properly impressed by, therefore I did not do any research on what this weekend was really all about, even though he encouraged me to. I'm pretty adventurous, and I like new experiences, so off I went... Had a wonderful time, lots of powerful moments to hold on to. Hard to describe in this space but I wasn't prepared to make such connections. There were guys there with generous hearts and shared life lessons, (Good and bad) for us to hear and learn from. The leaders are humble servants of God and pushed us to grow in our faith and most of all for me, to realize that I cannot control everything that happens in my world. I need to trust that if I just become a better and more generous man today than I was yesterday... I'm on my way to a rewarding life and afterlife. This barely scratches the surface of the message that we all received. The environment is inviting and comfortable, perfect for what we were there to do. Learn from eachother, share our stories, our meals and just escape our routines for a few short days. I will always be grateful I attended and I expect to go again soon.

It was an amazing life experience! The leadership team did a good job in communicating the sessions and activities. Highly recommend! Accommodations were nice and the food was good.

I have a fantastic time, God's spirit moved in a mighty way. I will return for other events in the future.
