Snorkel or dive Belize's unspoiled Barrier Reef and 3 atolls.  A full service Dive & Snorkel Facility, professionally trained Divemasters and Instructors, custom built dive boats and a full line of rental equipment. Explore the underwater home of spotted eagle rays, loggerhead turtles, whale sharks, bountiful reef fish and colorful coral. Try flats fishing for permit and bonefish.

Each person is allowed five activities. There is an option to  'turn an activity back in' if you do not want to do all five. A credit will be provided to your booking, however, this choice must be made at time of Final Payment.

With this being a boutique resort with only 30 rooms, we were only allowed to reserve 8 of those rooms for our group. In an effort to make the most of the space we could reserve, the rooming assignments will be very important. 

ALL rooms are beachfront rooms, just steps away from the pool, dining and beach!

We have the following rooms reserved:

   3 Beachfront Queen Rooms - Two Queen Beds (2 people, each) $2918/per person

   2 Beachfront Kings - One King Bed (2 people, each) $2918/per person

   2 Beachfront Plus - One King Bed & Two Twin Beds (3 or 4 people each) $2685/per person if 4

   1 Beachfront Suite - One King Bed (2 people, each) $3608/per person

We will do our best to place you in the room you request. Please understand that space is a premium.

Note: There are a limited number of 'roll-a-ways' that may be added to King rooms for an additional charge - if available.

The $100 registration fee is refundable for two weeks to allow you to get vacation time approved, find animal sitters, look into flights, convince your friends to join us, etc. After that it is non-refundable.

You will request room type during your registration.

Room Assignments

Room requests will be assigned in the order registrations are received.

When room is assigned, the balance due will be adjusted to cost of the room requested.

Room Deposit

A deposit of $600 will be due at time of room assignment. If deposit not received within one week of notice of assignment, the room will be released and possible offered to someone else. 

Refunds

Room Deposits are fully refundable until June 1, 2024. After that, they are non-refundable.

Prices in USD and subject to availability, blackout periods and change without notice.

Belize departure tax not included.

Guests are not refunded for tours not taken or inclement weather.

Souvenirs, bar bill, rental equipment, specialty adventures, dive instruction and atoll upgrades not included.
