Melanie found her love for yoga in 2013.
In 2016 she completed her first teacher training and began her journey of sharing practice of yoga.
Since then she has studied many methodologies and continues her education around the world.
As an ERYT-500 teacher, she is involved in leading retreats and workshops. Her current movement practices focus on mobility, strength training, and maintaining functional independence for longevity of life.
