CLASS INFO:
This is a 2 hour long lesson. Instructor to student ratio is 2 on 1. - In your first class you will learn all the basics of surfing, starting from zero (no experience needed). If you have previous experience but was a long time ago, this class is recommended.
What you will learn in this class:- Safety and ocean knowledge
- Surfing etiquette
- Positioning on the board
- How to paddle
- Proper Pop-Up techniques
- How to ride a wave
- How to safely step off the board to avoid injuries.

I couldn’t recommend this school more!! I had the BEST beginner lesson and it was so fun I immediately signed up for another lesson the next day. Even though they were busy, they were bale to squeeze me in and the whole team and environment was extremely supportive and kind. As a 40 year old beginner, I was a little nervous but everyone made me feel welcome and confident. 10/10

My partner and I took beginner surf lessons with the Dominical Surf School and highly recommend it! Rodri was our instructor and he was the so sweet and encouraging. I had never surfed before so I was a bit nervous, and he built up my confidence and gave me great tips during the lesson- you will be in very good hands if you surf with Dominical Surf School.

We had the absolute best time on our trip! Debbie and her wonderful team of instructors are just amazing! From great communication to being picked up at the airport and surf lessons in epic conditions, it was an epic trip! We will be back!!
