The trip of a lifetime. We had the best time, wouldn't change a thing. James did an unbelievable job putting everything together. I can only imagine the logistic nightmare of trying coordinate everything, no doubt countless and thankless hoops to jump through behind the scenes we'll never know about. And the chaperones in both countries couldn't have ben better either. They all became immediate friends we'll never forget. We travel a lot, to Europe on occasion, and it's never been this smooth. We had a very good trip and an excellent time with visiting Sweden and Finland. On a scale of 10, all things considered that were involved with this large group event, we would rate it 9.5. We would also consider using these travel services in the future. Thank you

Amazing trip! It was very well organized considering there were 200 of us. Even when the airline tried to complicate our trip home, our guides were on top of everything. They really made the trip extra special by befriending everyone. Hope to see them again someday!

It was a fun filled trip. We met many wonderful Dallas Stars fans. The day excursions were great. Well organized trip. The guides were the icing on the cake!

Much of the trip was very enjoyable. Guides in Sweden and finland were pleasant and helpful and genuinely seemed invested in our having a good time. There was a problem with our return flights and more importantly the way James handled our concerns was unacceptable. Initially I was told it was my fault as I booked my tickets separately. I hadn’t. Once that was clarified I was told one of his folks had made the error when booking the flights and he was having her fix the problem. Later I was informed that there was no error in booking flights but that so many folks had upgraded from economy to premium economy some individuals had to booked on a different flight 24 hours later and my wife and I were two of those people. I was offered a ‘bonus’ day at the airport hotel at no charge. I was not informed of any of this and was not given the option when booking if I would have preferred to remain with the original flight and stay in economy or book first class or if I would mind switching to a flight 24 hours later. I asked that other arrangements be made so we could get home closer to the original day. I was told they would make the arrangements and someone would get back to me in 2 hours. After 3 hours I called / texted and was told they were working on it and texting and calling would not make anything happen and sooner. After that my call was sent to voicemail.. My wife spoke with our ticket rep who I assume reached out to James. After that he was more responsive. Our final arrangement cost us an extra $3000. To date I have not recieved an accounting of any credit for our previously assigned tickets that may have offset the cost of the new tickets. A separate email is being drafted and will be sent to the panthers, victory travel and the NHL.
