Unforgettable Bethel Bus Tour
A 7 days & 6 nights expedition up the east coast to Bethel. You are in for a real treat! This is a bus trip to visit the three Bethel complexes in the US Branch with an optional Teatime experience. There will be breaks, meals, or excursions every 2.5 hours or less.
Tour includes: Warwick Tour, Wallkill Tour, the New Patterson Visitor Center Tour, The Woman and the Offspring (Seed) Phenomenon Met Museum Tour by Oasis (Optional), New York City Free Time (Option), Holocaust Museum Tour (Optional), Several Smithsonian Museums including the Botanical Gardens, Union Station, American Dream Mall visit (Full Day Visit Option), Baltimore Harbor, Outlet Mall Shopping trips, with exclusive discounts, games, prizes and much more!
Your tour guides are former Bethelites who have done several Bethel bus groups as tour guides, so you are in good hands.

What’s included
- Bus TranspertationOne bus seat on a state of the art chartered coach bus. Each person is permitted to occupy one seat. Otherwise, they must pre-purchase an additional seat.
- WifiThe bus and hotels will be equipped with Wifi. Signal strength my vary based on location.

- BreakfastEach day will include a hot breakfast

Available Add-Ons
We are a Teatime Company so our trip must included a teatime opportunity. It is scheduled during the tour of the Holocaust Museum. If you are a traveler who would rather not go to the Holocaust Museum tour or if you really like Teatime, this is the excursion for you. Our coach bus will bring you to a lovely tea house where you will enjoy afternoon tea. Your teatime will include Tea, finger sandwiches, scones, and sweets in a beautiful tearoom.
Price is per person and includes taxes and gratuity.
Must book by Feb. 28, 2025. Non-refundable after Feb.15th
If you would like a row to yourself, you may purchase the additional seat, as long as it's available.
If you later decide to fill that seat and share your current room with another traveling companion (For bookings with 3 travelers), you may do so by paying the difference between the total amount you paid and the amount due for that amount of travelers.

The Fee is Non-Refundable
Single and double occupancy travelers receive hotel rooms with only one bed. Select this option if you are a single traveler or traveling in a party of 2 and wish to have 2 beds in your rooms instead of one.
Non-Changeable after booking & Non-Refundable
If you would like to pre-select and reserve your seat for the entire trip. You will receive an email with the available seats for you to select your seat. This seating chart will be sent after April 1st. This will be sent in the order of the bookings.
If you choose not to pay to pre-select your seat, you can select your seat upon boarding from the unreserved seat. The seats will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Your seat will remain the same for the entire trip once selected.
Non-Changeable & Non-Refundable Price is per person/seat.
We've arranged for shuttles for those who wish to park for free in LaGrange, GA. We are renting vans to shuttle you from LaGrange to the chartered bus pickup location in Atlanta. To use this service, it will cost $15 per passenger. You will not need to pay again when we return to Georgia after our trip. You will be dropped back off at your car in LaGrange.
If you would like to use this parking option, please let us know by April 1st and specify how many seats you need so we can reserve your spot. Space is limited. First come, first serve.
