The actual experience of enjoying seeing and experiencing the Rainbow ( Polccoyo) mountain was incredible but this had nothing to do with the guide or the experience of using Wilka Travel. The guide was appalling, no communication with his customers so completely left in the dark as to what was happening. The bus was full to capacity, limited air circulating and so cramped little choice than to sit and dndure what was a long and very bumpy journey. Also no way to change this review starring! I would give one star if it was possible

We had a great time on the 1-day Sacred Valley Daytrip. Our guide Javi was very informative and gave us a really in-depth perspective, particularly at Ollantaytanbo. Two other highlights of the trip was the brief stop at an alpaca ‘zoo’ at the very start of the day and the Moray salt mines. Not to miss!

Pick up from the Airport does not work! 2 times more expensive than official airport taxi. Bus in machu picchu is official USD 24,wilka wants 31.40 but this does not work, sent the bus tickets one day before departure. No reliable guides! NO NEED FOR A GUIDE I MACCHU PICHU! I queued up in line, in the beginning, guide came 25 after, and wanted me to give up my best place in line to queue up after 200 persons. Incredible. Fazit, nothing works with that company, nobody picks up the phone. 1 star is overrated!

La experiencia la hizo aún mejor el guía Javier Mamani Meza. Con él, el tour pasó a otro nivel. Muy profesional. Y fue tan así, que queríamos tomar todos los tour agendados con él. Pero lamentablemente él tenía otros compromisos. Quiero agradecerle a Javier por mostrar la historia de su país de una forma distinta. Nos sentimos muy agradecidos y afortunados de tomar el tour con él. Nuestras felicitaciones para Javier y para Willka Travel por tener a un buen guía.
