Let the luscious red wines flow at this fall tour of Walla Walla wine region in southern Washington State. Just west of the Cascade Mountains, nestled in the Columbia basin, Walla Walla is considered a high desert. The crisp, sunny days and cool, clear nights create perfect conditions for producing high-quality wines, particularly known for their Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. There are over 120 wineries located in the AVA, so lots of wine to choose from! Our 3-day trip will include wineries owned by Birch Road members, iconic must-visit wineries, female-owned wineries, minority-owned and more. After full days of wine tasting, we'll wrap each day with a gourmet farm fresh dinner.
If you've been to Walla Walla many times or if this is your first visit to the region - this trip will include lots of new things to discover. Plus, who better to explore it with than Birch Road members from across the country?
