About this trip
In this yoga retreat & adventure, experience the lush beauty of Brazil's jungle and coastline with seasoned guides and a community of old and new friends. Practice yoga in a gorgeous studio overlooking a private beach, and commune with nature in a peaceful setting.
All food at the Lodge will be carefully prepared to be local, healthy, fresh, tropical., and with vegetarian options.

Itinerary
After your trip from Rio, enjoy some snacks at the Lodge, and get settled in paradise! We will have a yoga class with an opening circle and then a beautiful first dinner
