Yoga, somatic movement practice, and sound healing will be offered daily. Other activities include guided forest walks, creating earth altars, journalling, cold plunging at the nearby beach (only a five minute drive from camp), National Park exploration, intuitive readings channeled by Brittani, and hands-on energy healing by Brynt. Chef James Sant will lovingly prepare three nourishing, organic meals daily. Evening activities will include a campfire sing along, roasting marshmallows, and a closing night dance party- disco ball included!
