Heart Song Breathwork Retreat
March 28th – April 2nd, 2025
Infinite Crescendo’s Heart Song retreats are deeply immersive experiences. The next will be a 5-day experience at the beautiful Monte da Orada in Alentejo, Portugal. We come together with the intention to experiment, imagine, activate, allow, and integrate. The retreat will consist of several transformational breath journeys led by Infinite Crescendo co-founder Carly Jo Carson, vocal improvisation, sound healing, active imagination, movement, yoga, and more, grounded with nourishing farm-to-table organic vegetarian cuisine. The goal is to find unexpected harmony as a metaphorical practice for finding harmony in other parts of our lives. The goal is to laugh, to cry, to lose ourselves - to find ourselves. To meet each other, to meet ourselves.

In this 5-day training, students will learn to guide transformative journeys and will become Infinite Crescendo Ambassadors, authorized to use IC musical Arcs for their own workshops and retreats. This training will also be a journey of self-discovery and will inspire students to tune into their gifts and help craft their own unique offerings. This will be a very intimate and expansive experience for anyone looking to expand upon their current heart offerings or seeking a more fulfilling path. You do not need any prior experience with breathwork or as a facilitator of any kind.
March 28rd – April 2nd, 2025
Trainees will have the unique opportunity to stay on for the 5 day Heart Song retreat just after the training. There, they will be given hands-on experience in assisting Carly Jo Carson and the Heart Song team in holding space, leaving them feeling confident to take these Arcs out into their own communities. This means you’ll stay for 10 nights (March 23rd – April 2nd, 2025) to take full use of this experience.
Amenities
BIOPOOL
A fully self-sustainable pool ecosystem which keeps the water oxygenated and chemical-free, perfect for swimming and relaxation. We chose a bio pool, because it does not harm the environment, neither does it cause the skin problems which chlorine can provoke.
SAUNA/ICE BATH
The Sauna is ideal to relax during the free times in the retreats. It fits max 5 people at a time. It’s very close to the biopool and ice baths can be set up right next to it.
And access to Meditation Temple, Panoramic Nave, Roof Deck, Amphitheater, and more.

The Main House is a rebuilt beautiful traditional Portuguese adobe house, facing the sacred fire and valley. It is very central and has easy access to all areas, particularly the meditation temple. The house has 4 bathrooms and easy access to the independent community showers, for men and women, so no one needs to wait. Twin beds.

All suites are facing sunrise and the mandala gardens. They are very central and have easy access to all areas, particularly the sauna and the biopool. Each suite has its own private bathroom, hammock, wifi and central heating. Most of them can be prepared as twin or double room.

The 4 Bungalows are charming shelters located in a more secluded area, with beautiful vistas to the Valley. Each one of them has their own private bathroom and hot showers. There is also an outdoor bathtub with a breathtaking vista over the forest. The bungalows 1 & 2 can take up to 4 people each. Bungalows 3 & 4 take 2 people each. They are ideal for the ones looking for a more private space, but are 100 meters away from the center.

The Tiny House is very charming shelter, with its own wood burner and private outdoor bathroom. The bathtub has an astonishing view to the valley. With 2 porches, is equipped with a hammock and wifi. This is for a single occupancy (double bed).
