Iguazu falls is a marvel. It certainly merits to go. My trip was well organized and we had a wonderful time. The guide Daniel was a fine person, attentive to our needs and provided good information and guide. I am certainly satisfied

The show was great. Having the variety of dances (tango, gaucho, singing) added to the experience; albeit I wished they would have explained the difference. 

Reviews were mixed on the food, but we pleasantly enjoyed it, save for the dulce de leche dish that had way too much of it. 

Dinner at La Ventana Tango

We had a very early flight arrival in Iguazu and were met at the airport and went straight on to our personal guided day tour of the Falls. Rene our guide was very informative and ensured we captured all possible views and experiences on the Argentine side. We were then driven to our hotel on the Brazilian side in the national Park.  Unforgettable experience of a lifetime.

We had a great trip in Argentina and Chile with many great experiences in the cities and beautiful sights, hikes, and expeditions in Patagonia, Fireland, and the Andes. The hotels were very comfortable and in most cases in walking distance to downtown and other landmarks. We were lucky with the weather which made the outdoors even more enjoyable.

A big thank to Martin W. for putting the trip together and all our guides for their wealth of shared information and nice excursions.

We had booked excursions almost every day. A big Kudos to Tangol for keeping us updated with pickup times and other information every day. All pickups and transfers were reliable and on time.

We'll definitely come back to South America one day!

I have been planning an expedition to Argentina's Patagonia since 2019. Due to the restrictions caused by the Pandemic, this tour could not be executed in March 2020. DayTours understood the situation and supported me throughout these past four years. In March 2023, my group of fifteen(15) people successfully realized our Dream of touring across Argentina's Patagonia & Buenos Aires. The Four Years were well worth the wait. Daytours & Tangol did a fantastic job in planning and confirming all the services we had Booked. Their timely alerts at least 24hrs prior to each Service were spot on. They are a professional outfit with a very personalized touch which is certainly needed on any multiday Adventures with an inordinate number of logistics. Everyone in my group were impressed over our sixteen days of travels through Argentina. 
Daytours & Tangol, I will certainly recommend and can definitely request their services again! Five Stars!

We had a great time - beautiful country and very interesting culture.  We want to make a special commendation to Martin Wierzbinsky of Tangol Tours who arranged all our transfers and tours in Buenos Aires Argentina and in Chile.  He was incredibly responsive, had terrific recommendations and made sure everything went extremely well.   We were very comfortable knowing he was on top of all our arrangements and I would use this agency again in a heartbeat.

BUYER BEWARE!

The limited details in the tour description resulted in our group NOT receiving the tours we thought we had signed up and paid for.  

Though we did visit both spectacular parks as booked, the tour descriptions are vague.  The first issue is that we thought we would have a small, private group tour as I requested for our group of 8.  Instead, we were on a large bus with a  bilingual group, with hotel pickup and drop off at multiple locations, even including some with airport connections - much like being on a local bus.  Since the guide did not provide much information about the area, we ended up paying a lot of money for this inconvenient transportation. 

The travelers in my group were the only ones on the bus required to pay the entrance fee into both parks.  We were surprised to learn this was not in the tour fee.  I feel we were taken advantage of, not knowing to ask specifically if this was included.

The Falls and the boat experience were fantastic!  Our guide was enthusiastic and tried to be helpful, but with so many people with varying needs, it was chaos.

Buenos Aires - Iguazu  - Rio de Janeiro Part 3

We didn’t end up taking this transfer.  The company sent us a link to prepay and after I did, they told me they undercharged us and made us pay more.  They sent a new link to pay the balance and it never worked even after we tried different links and different ways.  They ended up canceling the service and refunding us.  It was just messy and it ended up being a tiny fraction of the cost by taking a cab.  Super easy and way cheaper if you take a cab.

This was a really good experience. The hotel is excellent and so was Tangol Tours. Because we came from a long distance and during the pandemic, we had to make a lot of adjustments and Tangol came through for us. They were extremely responsive and got back to us right away — that was a real plus and it's a reason why I would recommend them. For example, we changed hotels really quickly; the original one they booked for us did not suit our needs but Tangol's staff helped us change to the Diplomatic. We'd stay there anytime. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable! Travel is complicated these days so it's good to have people who try to make it easier.

Guide was very good at showing us around the various sites. There was a separate driver, which was very nice as he would drop us and the guide off and them meet us when were were finished touring the site.

The only glitch we experienced was where she would pick us up at the cruise terminal. In the future I suggest that you shore excursion people know exactly which terminal exit the guide will be at.

We had a wonderful one-day trip to Iguazu Falls. Transport from hotel in Buenos Aires worked well including pick-up from a delayed flight back from Iguazu late at night. The guide picked us up in Iguazu, and she took us through the national park for  a full day, She gave us a lot of very useful information about the animals and biology inside the park and we went the entire tour around and had excellent views of all the falls. Maximum # of stars to our guide.

Foi um passeio muito bom, nossa guia Silvia era excelente, porém, sugiro iniciar mais cedo, pois tivemos pouco tempo para aproveitar o museu do estadio do Boca Juniors, ao contrário do River, que o tempo foi de sobra.  Como foi corrido, nossa alimentação ficou com o tempo comprometido.

My wife and I bought the tango show, dinner and transport to/from our hotel. We received a voucher by email stating that we would be picked up between 20:00 and 20:30.   We waited until 21:15 and no one picked us up. I called the “24 hour” cellphone number on my travel voucher and no one picked up the phone. I texted the phone number with no response. I sent a complaint by email and received a response the next day. They apologized and rescheduled our tango show for 4 days later. I got a new voucher stating that again, we would be picked up between 20:00 and 20:30.  HOWEVER, UNBELIEVABLY THEY FAILED TO PICK US UP AGAIN!  We waited until 20:45. Our hotel concierge was able to contact the tango show, who then got the travel company to send someone to pick us up. We were late for dinner and rushed through dinner. We got to see the show but what should have been a pleasant and entertaining night turned out to be a rushed, aggravating and disgusting night.  I complained by email the next day and demanded a refund. To their credit, Tangol provided a complete refund and restored my trust.

The falls itself are spectacular.
The tour however is not. We got the 9.45 flight FROM Buenes Aires and arrived at the falls at 12.30.
We were rushed and did not have enough time to explore the park and to al do the boat ride.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND  this tour for a day. If you have the opportunity, stay overnight, then you will be able to have more time at the park as there are multiple trails

Day Trip To Iguazu + Boat Trip

The trip is for  early january 2020, so i cannot rate it. also am waiting from Ricardo regarding  when and where   we will be picked up. So cannot evaluate yet.  Also review  has 5 stars which I cannot change. What kind of a review is this??

TRIP  TO IGUAZU

One of the most beautiful places I've ever been makes for a high rating for this day trip.  Leonardo was fantastic during the booking process and the transport to and from the airport was timely and easy!  Our guide at Iquazu was helpful and pleasant, however was more of a translator than a tour guide and the information presented to us was limited and his time management poor.  Due to these reasons, we missed out on 2 of the 4 experience promised in our quote.  
Definitely make sure you do the jet boat ride under the falls when you visit Iquazu Falls, it was the highlight of our trip!
