IDENTIFICATION: Traveler is required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you as the registered client will be responsible for all names change fees, if applicable.

PAYMENTS: Our merchant accounts are with Stripe and Square. Both will allow our clients to make payments through major credit cards. We also accept payments by money order by mail. These payments must be received in full, 60 days before travel. Money orders must be made payable to: Allsome Travel, LLC, 2470 Windy Hill Rd, Marietta, GA 30067 (please enter the name of the trip in the memo line and include your phone number). We also accept payments by phone with a major credit or debit card (404-458-1772).

REFUNDS: All payments to Allsome Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Allsome Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with various vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip. When a submission has taken place, you are acknowledging that you are responsible for fees.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic and international tours .

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email and/or mail 15 days or earlier prior to travel. If paper documents are requested when e-documents are available, documents will be delivered via USPS approximately 14-21 days prior, and a fee of $50 will apply. A complete street address is required (no PO boxes).

PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Allsome Travel, LLC reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Allsome Travel, LLC receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

DEPOSITS: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted the amount due and monthly payment plan. In cases where the full balance is paid upfront the no refund policy will still apply.

FULL PAYMENT: All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking as long as the tour still has available space.

LATE PAYMENT: If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees vary. Please see each individual tour description for late fee cost.

CANCELLATION: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@allsometravel.com with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 404-458-1772 to ensure your information was received. As refunds are not available travel insurance is highly advised and recommended throughout the registration check-out process.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Allsome Travel, LLC may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Allsome Travel, LLC permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.

Your top choice for a spectacular ocean view villa located within the most exclusive area of Palmas del Mar resort. The villa is approx. 5,000 sq feet distributed throughout 6 floors. It is set atop of a hill where you can appreciate the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains.  It has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, private elevator for easy access to all levels, private pool, several living rooms, 6 balconies, 2 large terraces, and a back yard.

The Master bedroom is located on the highest level of the villa where you can appreciate the best view to the ocean. It has a walk-in closet, living room with amazing views from each of the two balconies- El Yunque Rain Forest from one side and the ocean from the other. The master bathroom is delightful! Decorated with marble & coral tiles, a jacuzzi and an open shower for a relaxing bath after a fun filled day. The large glass windows from the bathrooms overlook the mountains and the resort. On the fifth floor, you will find a small sitting area and a balcony, two large bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the ocean furnished with lounge chairs to relax and sun bath bath while sipping your favorite tropical drink.

The main living area of the villa is on the forth floor--intelligently designed to appreciate the beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. Here you will find a large living room with a comfortable  sectional sofa, a dining room which sits eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and and stainless steel ampliances. This floor also has an ample balcony and a sitting room area to enjoy the ocean view; the patio/pool terrace; half bathroom, private pool, and a large backyard is located towards the west side of this floor.

There are 2 bedrooms located on the third and second level of the villa. Both rooms are quite ample and each has its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking the ocean.
