Castles and Distillery's

Departure - Prearranged location and time.

Depart accommodation around 9am for Stirling Castle.  Stirling Castle, located in Stirling, is one of the largest and most historically and architecturally important castles in Scotland. The castle sits atop an intrusive crag, which forms part of the Stirling Sill geological formation.

Then travel through the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park visiting Rob Roy’s grave at Balquidder.  Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park is a national park in Scotland centred on Loch Lomond and the hills and glens of the Trossachs, along with several other ranges of hills. It was the first of the two national parks established by the Scottish Parliament in 2002, the second being the Cairngorms National Park.

Lunch stop at Killin. Killin is a small village at the Falls of Dochart, a spectacular series of rapids, at the western end of Loch Tay. Then continue the journey back south through Crieff.

Optional stops at Stirling Castle, Doune Castle, Deanston or Glengoyne Distillery.

All itinerary's can be adjusted to suit your needs.
