Book a 6 night / 7 day Yoga Retreat and Cultural Exploration of Morocco with Cathy Madeo and Ellen Mosko.
Your hosts, Cathy and Ellen, will help you cultivate a fresh new shift that you've been seeking both on your mat and in your life. Morocco is one of the most culturally rich and interesting places in the world. Bordering the Atlantic and Mediterranean Sea, Morocco’s vast and diverse landscape features ancient cities, stretches of empty beaches, and stark deserts and mountains touched by Berber, Arabian and European influences.
Our Morocco trip is unique as you will not be staying in one location, but rather traveling to two different cities, Marrakech & Essaouira, which represent the “must see” highlights of Morocco.

All prices listed are PER PERSON. A €500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on this trip. Since we are within 90 days of this retreat, payment is due in full. Passport Requirements + Immunizations
You must have a valid passport to travel to Morocco. Please check your passport expiration date and make sure it is valid for at least 3 months after the end date of your retreat.
SolSeed is uncertain exactly what the VISA and Immunization requirements may be at the time of your retreat. See more info here.
To enter Morocco, travelers over the age of 12 must present:
- A vaccination pass* demonstrating that they have been fully vaccinated (administration of three doses or, only two doses, the administration time of the 2nd not exceeding 4 months, with the exception of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, where a single dose is equivalent to 2 doses of the other vaccines) ; or
- A negative PCR test taken less than 72 hours before boarding; and
- A completed passenger health form.

Refund Policy
All retreats include a €500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferable. SolSeed Retreats can only make an exception to these terms if:
- The host government forbids us to visit as tourists.
- The host government forbids our vendors from hosting us as tourists.
- The US government forbids us to travel to the host country as tourists.
If SolSeed must further postpone or cancel the trip for any of the above reasons, all registrants will receive a refund of all deposits paid less Euro 200.
If you refuse to comply with the laws of the host country, region, town, etc; SolSeed will not consider this a valid reason for receiving any refund. SolSeed will ensure to the best of their abilities that all registrants comply with all then current laws and regulations. Registrants are personally responsible for complying to local laws, at their own expense. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to:
- Proving adequate vaccination status
- Providing a negative PCR test(s)
- Providing proof of adequate travel insurance
Required Travel Insurance
The purchase of travel insurance is required for this trip, most policies protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. The travel insurance will also demonstrate to the host country that you are able to pay for any emergency services which may be necessary during your stay.
SolSeed is not authorized to sell travel insurance. Any offer to purchase travel insurance that you encounter during the checkout process are third party offers. You are free to select your own policy provider. If you would like to review options in a convenient online marketplace, we like what www.insuremytrip.com has put together. We've also had great experiences with the customer service and packages at Trawick International, AAA and American Express.
We strongly encourage you to speak with a travel insurance agent to discuss your specific coverage needs, and to clear up any questions you may have relative to travel insurance coverage.
Please make sure you are purchasing a package which includes coverage for COVID-19 related trip cancellations and trip interruptions.
Flight Parameters
Arrival Day: Saturday, October 15th, 2022
Please plan to arrive by 5pm on Saturday into Marrakech (RAK) so as to be on time for our welcome dinner that evening. We will transport you from the airport to our hotel in the city (about a 15 min drive), and you'll have the afternoon to settle in and rest up before our group dinner.
Please note that you will need to depart from the USA on the evening of Friday, October 14th, 2022 as all flights heading over to Morocco are overnight flights.
Departure Day: Friday, October 21st, 2022
Please do NOT book flights that depart before 11:30am on October 21st as we will be traveling about 3 hours from Essaouira to Marrakech that morning.
If you are planning on spending extra time in Marrakech at the end of this retreat, you can take advantage of the departure-day airport transfer to get back to Marrakech. We recommend scheduling transportation from the airport to your hotel directly through your hotel.
Available Packages
Ideal for a couple, or two friends, this double room features two single beds OR one double bed. This room shares a bathroom with 1 - 2 other people.
Throughout the villa and apartments, there are also plentiful shared common areas: gardens, terraces, salons, and kitchens.
Please indicate your roommates' name upon sign-up, and your bed configuration preference. Depending on how registration goes, your bedroom and bathroom might be shared with those of the opposite sex.
During our stay in Marrakech, we will do our best to match your roommates and accommodation types.
