About this trip
This is a great location for beginner caving. This is a non-technical cave and you are upright most of the time. This cave is an underground stream, so you'll be wet from your knees down. This trip is 1.5 to 2 hours.

and I cannot get virtually any response from the company to reschedule.
I have made repeated attempts to email, text and call and the best I got was one email then nothing
If you are doing business with this company I suggest you discuss this appalling lack of communication with them.
I will probably never get my money back
