You have discovered our one and only COED camp of the year. This year we are traveling to the amazing Cayman Islands to train Jiu Jitsu alongside other fellow enthusiasts and athletes, as well as soak up the sun while enjoying local excursions and exploration.

Like every year, our accommodations will be luxurious with breathtaking views, our excursions will be exclusive, and our jiu jitsu training and instruction - top tier! We truly create the vacation of a lifetime.

Flights out of NYC, are currently $350 Roundtrip. We highly suggest getting flights as early as possible.

Airport: Owen Roberts International (GCM)

Please plan to arrive between 11 AM - 4 PM On Sat. April 5th or around noon on Sunday, April 6th.

*** Camp does not begin until April 6th, but you are welcome to arrive on the 5th, and you will have accommodations/transportation.

please note, if you arrive outside of this time frame on Sunday you will have to arrange your own transport to the Airbnb.

We coordinate all arrivals and departures of campers, so you need not stress. Once you book flights simply email your flight arrival/departure info to us, and we will confirm.

As we are friends with the local gym in the Caymans, they are helping us as locals, to partake in the absolute best sight seeing and activities the island has to offer. You can look forward to boating, kayaking, yoga, snorkeling, surf, wildlife excursions, local cuisine and more.

Due to many last minute cancellations, we adhere to a strict policy as outlined below. We STRONGLYsuggest not booking until you know for a fact you can attend, have a babysitter, time off work, etc. In the event that you try to cancel your trip, you can attempt to transfer the trip or sell the trip to another person up until March 1st. We are NOT responsible for airline mishaps, sickness or likewise.

Meet and Greet - Travel Day
Arrival and settle as travel days can be exhausting. The goal of today will be toget settled in. The group will head to the local market to stock up on food/refreshments. We will host a BBQ in the evening as well as a fire to relax and enjoy the property.

Training/Local Beach Exploration
The day will begin with coffee and a light breakfast. Training sessions 1 &2 will be earlier in the morning as the group will be exploring local beaches and shoppes, while joining up in the evening for a team dinner at a local recommendation from our Cayman Friends.

Paddle Board & Scuba
Following breakfast and training, we will depart for a day on the water. You will have a choice between scuba & paddle board, or both. The group will enjoy lunch and dinner together following excursions.

Boat Day
Boat Day is an entire day on the water to celebrate the hard training and conclusion of camp. We will explore breathtaking waters and suggested sites.

Farewells
On the last day of camp, staff will assist campers with getting to the airport. Any campers with a later flight our are welcomed to get a last session/day of training in. When booking flights, choosing earlier departure times are preferable as to not fall victim to cancellations or delays.

Another amazing Grappling Getaways trip!!! April and Katie brought in absolutely incredible female instructors and organized fantastic breakout sessions. What they're doing for the female BJJ community can't be matched. I recently got promoted and was feeling a lot of self doubt and this trip and the connections i made with other women helped get me out of that funk and get refocused. This was my 2nd GG trip and I can't wait for the next!

My first grappling getaway, I felt like I was at a weekend away with my best girlfriends! The attention to detail that April & Katie put into this event was just astounding! Fun activities, planned outings, and stellar jui jitsu instruction, all set in an absolutely perfectly chosen getaway house, we had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. I can’t speak more highly of this entire experience- these ladies put on a top notch weekend I can’t wait to come back again!!!! LOVED THIS ADVENTURE ❤️❤️

This was my third trip with Grappling Getaways and they never fail to impress me. It was awesome to get together with like minded women to train, play, laugh and bond with. April and Katie provide excellent training as well as bringing in additional high end BBJ trainers. They are super creative with their themed getaways and attentive to people's needs. Grappling Getaways are never the same thing twice but always a fantastic vacation.

This was my first getaway and it won’t be my last. This trip, these people and this experience was something my soul needed. I made lifelong friends, learned some killer techniques while vacationing in paradise. I got solid life advice for things I’m struggling w in my own business. Seeing such strong, powerful women be so down to earth and welcoming and loving just makes feel so grateful I made the trip….. next trip will be Mexico. See you soon Coaches!!!!

Highly recommend!! I've attended 3 amazing Grappling Getaway camps so far (and plan on attending many more) and each time is unique and awesome! April and Katie are exceptional women who truly love what they do! I appreciate so much the time and effort they take to connect with female struggles both on and off the mats, makes these camps unmatchable. Their attention to every detail, coupled with their incredible ability to just go with the flow, makes being in their presence an authentic jiu jitsu experience. They create such a welcoming, fun, and empowering experience, where friendships are seeded and your jiu jitsu grows! If you're wanting to feel empowered by strong women with great attitudes and open minds, you should DEFINITELY get to a Grappling Getaway ASAP!

April, and the other instructors with Grappling Getaways are THE BEST. Top notch human beings who are amazing at jiu jitsu and amazing at teaching. I’ve been to 3 Grappling Getaways events, and each has been so much fun, so inviting, encouraging, and appropriately challenging for what was advertised. I’ve met so many incredible female leaders and role models through Grappling Getaways. HIGHLY recommended :)
