Resort:   Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort 

Located 1 mile from the gates of City Walk, you can easily walk to the parks or take the free Universal Resorts park shuttle.  This resort has 2 great pool areas, with a slide and lazy river!  This resort also has a great bowling alley, firepits and so much more fun for the whole family.  And, last but not least, you can EASILY walk down the sidewalk at this resort & enjoy a private entrance into Volcano Bay just for Cabana Bay Resort guests! 

Standard Rooms Or Family Suites are availble for you to book. 

-- Standard Rooms sleep 4 plus a child age 2 and under  in 2 Queen Beds.  

--Family Suites sleep up to 6 plus a child age 2 and under.  This room also offers a small kitchenette with a sink, coffeemaker, microwave, small fridge, counter tops, stools and cabinets for storage.  This room has 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa (Double Size), and the room does have a separation wall to divide the room for privacy.  The bathroom is also split offering 2 sinks, shower area, and separate toilet area. 

Tickets:   Universal Orlando offers 3 parks for you to enjoy.  Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay Water Park.   Due to the time of year, we don't pre-sell Volcano Bay water park tickets, as if the weather is too cold, the park will not be open.  If you arrive on property, and the water park is open, you can buy tickets & go enjoy the day at the water park. 

Universal Orlando offers 2 ticket types:

1.  Base Tickets - These tickets allow you entry into 1 park per day.  

2. Park to Park Tickets - These tickets allow you to enjoy both/or all 3 Universal Parks in a single day.  

** Be advised, in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, you will find a ride called Hogwarts Express.  This is a train ride between The Wizarding World of Harry Potter located in Universal Studios and Hogsmeade located in Islands of Adventure.  This ride takes you from one park to the next park.  In order to ride Hogwarts Express, you MUST have a Park to Park Ticket. 

Airport Shuttles:  You are welcome to book any airport shuttle service you wish.  If you need our help in securing a shuttle, we work with a company who will run  1 -11 Passenger vans that will only contain your family.  These are private shuttles not shared with anyone else.  Pricing is subject to change, & availability is limited.  You need your airfare booked prior to to booking this shuttle. Please mark that you need/want a quote for airport shuttles on the next page & forward your airline details to travel@mstcco.com.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:   Due to the nature of this trip, cancellation policies are strictly enforced.  Please refer to the cancellation policy & be prepared for monies to be non-refundable in the event you need to cancel.  Main Street Travel, LLC highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.  Within the trip registrion on the next page, please mark that you need/want a quote for travel insurance & we will send a quote over promptly.  Travel Insurance MUST be purchased within 14 days of deposit.

STARTING JULY 2, 2022, PRICES WILL INCREASE! 

• An initial deposit of $250 per room is due on or before July 1, 2022.
• A second payment of $250 or more per room is due on or before August 1, 2022 . 
• A third payment of $250 or more is due on or before Sept. 1, 2022.
• A Fourth payment of $250 or more is due on or before Oct. 1, 2022.
• A fifth payment of $250 or more is due on or before Nov. 1, 2022.
• A sixth payment of $250 or more is due on or before Dec. 1, 2022
• Final payment/the balance of the trip is due no later than Jan. 1, 2023
• All checks should be made payable to Main Street Travel, LLC - All returned checks are subject to a $36.00 service fee.
• Failure to keep up with monthly payments may result in cancellation of your trip & cancellation penalties per the scale below will apply.
• Please note, in order to give your group the lowest package price we must sell the package as a whole and cannot offer price reductions for those who choose to deviate from or eliminate portions of the trip including mode of travel, choice of park pass, resort, room type, workshop or performance.

 Payment Information:  

• You may  SEND A CHECK for your students trip.  MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO :  Main Street Travel, LLC.  MAILARRIVE ON OR BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT DUE DATE, OR YOUR TRIP MAY BE CANCELLED.
• All returned checks are subject to a $36.00 service fee.
• No invoices will be sent from your school.  Therefore, it is individuals' responsibility to keep their payments current and communicate with Main Street Travel, LLC regarding their accounts and payments.

The cancellation policies outlined below take into consideration the costs Main Street Travel, LLC incurs long before groups ever depart. Notice of cancellation from a Main Street Travel, LLC tour will only be accepted from the traveler, his or her legal guardian, or the Group Leader. The date of cancellation will be determined by the date on which Main Street Travel, LLC receives notice. Cancellation refunds will only be refunded to the original person/form of payment.   Reservations require a  NONREFUNDABLE Deposit.  

· Cancellations received between July 1, 2022 and August 1, 2022  will result in a cancellation fee of $500.00 per room. 

· Cancellations received between August 1, 2022 and September 1, 2022 will result in a cancellation fee of $800.00 per room

· Cancellations received between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 will result in a cancellation fee of $1,250.00 per room.

 · Cancellations received between January 1, 2023 and the date of departure will result in NO REFUNDS.  

· All cancellations must be sent directly in writing to Main Street Travel, LLC

· Dancers who have been withdrawn from the trip by your Dance Director(s) or on your own volition will still be bound by the cancellation policy.

· Cancellation Fee’s consist of non-refundable hotel deposit, non-refundable ticket purchases and administrative fee).

All cancellation requests must be received in writing.  Send Cancellation requests to travel@mstcco.com.   Main Street Travel, LLC is not responsible for any events delayed, changed or cancelled by Celebration Dance Festival nor by third party suppliers.

Travel Insurance Acknowledgement: Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. Main Street Travel, LLC highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their vacation. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And, keep in mind is that that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy). Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if Main Street Travel, LLC does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own. I acknowledge that Main Street Travel, LLC has recommended or offered travel insurance protection to me. Should I choose not to purchase such a policy, I accept all responsibility for declining to secure coverage.  

If my payment today is for a Main Street Travel, LLC "Service Fee" payment, I understand this payment is Non-Refundable in the event I choose not to book or cancel my trip.  I agree that my Main Street Travel, LLC Travel Planner has informed me of all change & cancellation policies.  I understand that Main Street Travel, LLC does not make the cancellation and change policies, these policy's are set forth by the travel supplier and my Main Street Travel, LLC travel planner has advised me of these policies.  I certify that I have verified that all information contained in the confirmation I've received is accurate and I wish to move forward with confirming my travel plans.
