Going on retreat offers an opportunity to let down the stresses of life, to be nourished by the north woods, and deepen your yoga, meditation, and pranayama practices. You will learn Ayurvedic self-care rituals as well as lifestyle and practice recommendations to align harmoniously with the season, so your health and well-being may flourish.
The Christine Center, 3 hours northwest from Madison, is nestled in the tranquil woods of northern Wisconsin on 125 acres, offering a nurturing and supportive environment for deepening practice and connection. The retreat center is run by a group of Franciscan nuns and for 30 years has been a center open to all paths of faith and spirituality.
The Christine Center offers four kinds of modest accommodations, including both modern and rustic hermitages that are unique and simple, guest house rooms, cabin bedrooms, as well as tent camping spots. Both single, double, and triple occupancy are available.
Please book double and triple occupancy only if you have friend or family member you will be rooming with.
