Join me in the beautiful country of Panama for a transformative week of yoga, meditation, and reflection. We’ll spend 6 nights and 7 days together in Clarity & Connection at the beautiful Sansara Resort located on the Pacific Ocean in breathtaking Cambutal, Panama.
Your days will be filled with sunrise meditations, yoga, listening to the sounds of the Pacific, walks along the ocean in laughter with friends, and moments for reflection and relaxation. Returning home with a newfound clarity in the woman you are called to be, and a deeper connection to your body, your mind, and your soul.

- 6 nights of luxury accommodations at Sansara Surf and Yoga Resort. We have the ENTIRE resort to ourselves which is so magical. You will truly feel like you are in another world.

Itinerary
Traveling to/from Sansara resort in Cambutal
Cambutal, the town Sansara is located in is beautiful and remote. Which also means it takes a little bit of planning to get to. However, the Sansara team and myself, have you in good hands and promise to get you to/from Panama City smoothly and easily.
The airport you'll fly into is Panama City. Panama City is a beautiful historic city filled with so much charm. You will need to fly into Panama City on Saturday 3/15 and plan on spending the night at one of the following hotels. There are plenty of great shops/restaurants by all of these hotels.

We will depart on a bus, all together, on Sunday 3/16 around 8am. You will need to be at one of the above-listed hotels by Sunday 3/16 in order to make it to Cambutal. It is about a 5-hour bus ride. The bus is very comfortable and we make a lot of stops to accommodate everyone.
Our RETURN bus ride back to Panama City will be on Saturday 3/22. You should schedule all return flights home for either 3/22 (AFTER 6:30 pm) or for Sunday 3/23.
