Join us for 4 days in the Utah desert packed with transformative workshops, world-class coaching, and rad sport climbing with new friends. Our goal is to create a space for climbers to learn, grow, connect, play, and break barriers.
This will be an intimate gathering limited to 18 participants, hosted in the fresh, open air, and outdoor venue of Nature.
Befriending Fear
Whether it’s falling or failure, fear in climbing is something to manage, not eliminate. Learn strategies for engaging your fear response in ways that empower rather than limit you.
Approaching Next-Level Climbs
Climbing at your limit makes the impossible possible. Identify your growth edge and learn the skills required to climb at your next level.
Rock-Life Balance
How does climbing fit into your life? And what does it take to have a thriving career and relationships as a climber? Tackle the balancing act that makes it all possible.
Art of Attention
Climbing is a mental sport and most of us would achieve huge breakthroughs if we trained our minds to focus on the right things. Learn techniques for building the most overlooked climbing muscle.
Successful Climbing Goals
Success in climbing starts with picking the right goals. We’ll guide you through effective goal setting so you’re on track to create those life-defining moments to remember.
Yoga for Climbers
The techniques and principles of yoga transfer well to climbing. Whatever your experience with yoga, deepen your practice and apply your learning to improve mind-body awareness in the vertical realm.
Camping, climbing, and connecting are within easy and appropriate distance from one another on this shady, quiet property. With a pickleball, volleyball, and basketball court, a river full of crawdads, swimming, climbing, or lounging, there is opportunity to play or rest in all the ways. Showers, ample bathrooms, and picnic tables make needs convenient and comfortable for the long weekend.
Accommodation: Your ticket includes a campsite and access to showers, bathrooms, and all public gathering spaces. Bring your own gear (i.e., sleeping bag, tent, pillow, etc). If you need gear, just let us know, and we’ll help source items. If you’re planning to car camp or stay in your van, there is a designated area to circle the wagons!
