I’ve had the opportunity to attend two ClimbWell retreats — one in Rifle, CO, and another in Veyo, UT — and I would wholeheartedly recommend the experience to any climber. The facilitators do an exceptional job of connecting climbing with overall health and well-being through thoughtfully designed workshops and clinics. Each day begins with a grounding yoga practice that supports both mindfulness and physical readiness, setting the tone for a meaningful and enriching experience on and off the wall.
ClimbWell was such an amazing retreat – even better than I could have hoped for. Blake, Gaby, and Remy were phenomenal in every possible way, and I felt like I grew by leaps and bounds in both climbing and personally from my time with them. I loved how the days were structured and how they moved through the workshop topics. Yoga with Gaby was the best way to start our days, and I appreciated how she would assess how the group was feeling and tailor the class accordingly. And even for a non-vegetarian, the food was delicious! I am already excited to attend another ClimbWell event!
