Cocktails & Spice is a spirit tasting/education and food pairing series.  Enjoy small plates prepared by a local Chef and three custom cocktails created by a spirit brand.  Entertainment will be provided by a local DJ.  The event will be limited to 20 people to allow for a more intimate experience. 

Surf and Turf represents two gourmet tastes placed together for an amazing dish.  When paired  with Whiskey, it can create a stunning tasting combination.  Your purchase includes three small plates and three cocktails. 

** Please Note: Seafood will be served in one or more of the three dishes.

Chef Background: Chef Dammion Thompson, a self-taught Chef, has over 20 years’ experience working in every venue from mom and pop to major restaurant chains, holding positions from kitchen manager to sous chef. He now runs his own catering company, 4th Dimension Catering, LLC. Implementing the name 4th the Great after Alexander the Great, one of the greatest commanders who was undefeated, he looks at every aspect of food service as challenge to display his vast culinary skill set. He has won numerous local contests including the Tidewater Top Chef Culinary Extravaganza. 

All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another trip/tour/event or another person.
