Cocktails & Spice is a spirit tasting/education and food pairing series.  Enjoy small plates prepared by a local Chef and three custom cocktails created by a spirit brand.  Entertainment will be provided by a local DJ.  Each event will be limited to 20 people to allow for a more intimate experience.

Chef Background: Chef Morris Scott, a 27-year Army/Navy veteran, started his professional culinary education at the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2001. In 2019, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stratford University with a bachelor’s in hospitality management and minor in kitchen management. 

The creation of Casamos Personal Chef Services came in 2004 while working with a corporate dining service company and seeing the need for variety, personal customer service and unique foods to meet unique palettes. The word “Casamos” is Spanish for “we got married” representing the marrying of the different cultures and foods in his dishes that have been introduced during his military journey and professional career.

All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another trip/tour/event or another person.
