Cocktails & Spice is a spirit tasting/education and food pairing series.  Enjoy small plates prepared by a local Chef and three custom cocktails created by a spirit brand.  Entertainment will be provided by a local DJ.  Event event will be limited to 20 people to allow for a more intimate experience.

Chef Background: Lisa’s Plate LLC is a Personal Chef and Food Service Consulting Service owned By Head Chef Alesia Blizzard.  Alesia is a graduate of Tidewater Community College where she received an Associate’s of Applied Science in Hospitality Management with a Specialization in Culinary Arts.  Her experience in food service spans over 13 years. Alesia has cultivated an active Facebook community group, called "What’s Cooking???", to inspire home chefs to be become culinary rockstars in the kitchen.

Any delay in pickup time is not grounds for cancellation. The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club will not be responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of baggage and personal property.
