Join Alex and Chrissy for a week in an exotic paradise. Stay at our beautiful beach side hotel right outside of Tayrona National Park. Practice twice a day, and enjoy delicious gourmet meals. Jungle to waterfall hikes, river tubes, coffee & cocoa tours, sailing, horseback riding, and massages also available. 

Alex and Chrissy will make this trip unforgettable. Prepare to laugh alot, get deep, take risks, learn about yourself and others, and expand your practice. Alex will sprinkle in some yoga nidra, meditation, and fun neuro facts. Chrissy will be sure to have a Katonah workshop w/ body readings and adjustments, breathwork sessions, and some interesting teachings on the microbiome. 

You can fly into Simón Bolívar International Airport. There will be a shuttle available time of shuttle TBD. Taxis to and from the retreat center can be arranged in advance.
