Mid-September is the ideal time to be in southern Portugal. The weather is deliciously warm, days are still lazy and long, and the water draws the sun's rays to heat it. Besides beach hopping along the protected beaches of the Alentejo region, you'll enjoy world class yoga from three teachers who've studied, practiced, and refined their craft for over a decade each personally.
There'll be day trips to explore the treasured beaches of the Alentejo region and ample down time to enjoy the farm, fresh water lake, and property.
Jess and Brian are highly trained and talented teachers. Their experience draws upon various yoga and mindfulness traditions including Katonah Yoga, vinyasa, meditation, Thai bodywork, Yin yoga, Wim Hof method, traditional massage therapy, Taoism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Any yoga practitioner level can join this trip, although you'll get the most out of it if you have had some experience. We can accommodate your preferred room arrangements. If you want to stay in a room by yourself, message us and we can change a room from a double occupancy to single occupancy. There will be a price difference.
