Connect and Reflect with E-RYT 500 Heather Solomon at the world-renowned Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara, Costa Rica. This 8-day, 7-night retreat is designed to support your health and well being through Yoga, meditation, nature immersion, nutrient dense meals, and luxury accommodations.
Rooms feature ONE King or Queen sized bed. Perfect for solo travelers or couples.
Each day will start with one of Heather's signature yoga classes (Vinyasa, Hatha, or Yin). Heather pulls wisdom from her study of Yoga and Ayurveda to craft classes that connect students to the qualities of their true nature. Some classes will also feature live-looping guitar from Kevin Koa.
Between classes and workshops, you'll have built in free time to enjoy the resort, spa services, go surfing or walk around town. We'll close out each day with sunset meditations and time for journaling.
