Hi everyone! I’m Carlee, a recent graduate from the Acupuncture Program at Pacific Rim College with a passion for supporting women’s health and mental wellbeing. I’m excited to offer a calming, community acupuncture experience designed to relax and restore.
We’ll sit together in a circle, creating a safe and nurturing space, with soothing sound bath music in the background to ease you into a meditative state. I’ll offer ear acupuncture using the NADA protocol, which helps regulate the nervous system, encourages introspection, and promotes deep relaxation. If there’s anything specific you’re working through, I can also include additional points to address those needs.
Throughout the session, I’ll be here to support you, encouraging you to sit with the treatment for at least 30 minutes, although you’re free to finish sooner if that feels right for you.
