We welcome all levels, beginners through advanced. We pride ourselves in creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels included and the yoga is available, challenging and transforming for all.
AHKi is an intimate yet spacious retreat destination nestled amongst 5.5 acres of nature, lush, green mountainsides, blue ocean waters, and lots of sunshine. With it's accessible location, AHKi is the perfect destination to totally relax, rejuvenate and recharge. As remote as the retreat center sometimes feels, it is just minutes away from beaches, kayaking, horseback riding, world famous Nosara surfing, zip-lining, nature hikes, shopping, restaurants and more.
Our Body Flows yoga group will have exclusive use of AHKi Retreat Center during our stay as we will be the only group there. Maximum 18 attendees.

With 2 yoga classes daily, including vinyasa flow for all levels and yin/restorative yoga, healing and rejuvenating for the body, mind and soul. Linking movement with the breath, and moving your body through both yin and yang postures, we'll help you to build strength and flexibility inside and out. Our daily guided meditations will help you to calm the mind and discover a space of stillness within, from which many possibilities may arise. 2 optional workshops will be offered during the retreat (learning natural, efficient and injury free ChiWalking or ChiRunning, and the Eight Limbs of Yoga, taking Yoga into your daily life). All classes and workshops are optional although encouraged.
Massages and spa treatments are available onsite at AHKi Retreat.

- 2 Yoga classes per day (Vinyasa flow all levels, Yin/Restorative, Yoga Nidra)

- 3, 4, 5 or 7 nights accommodation (single, double or triple occupancy rooms available)
- 3 delicious, mostly vegetarian (fish available 2x during the week), gluten-free, dairy-free meals per day, coffee/tea and fruit available all day
- Transport to/from airport on April 21st and April 28th (pick up and drop off times will be arranged for arrival and departure days)
- Free time to relax and enjoy pool, beach, massage, and excursions
- We will have exclusive use of a shuttle bus for our group for the duration of our stay
Sally Mitchell, RYT 200 Hour Yoga Teacher, Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, ChiRunning and ChiWalking Instructor, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
Sally began teaching and healing through yoga, natural running/walking techniques, massage, energy healing and health and wellness coaching to share with others what has helped her to heal her own body, and discover a path of transformation and greater self awareness. Her passion is to help people to move their bodies with greater ease and to awaken to their inner desires and passions, becoming happier and healthier. Through her own personal experiences and learnings, Sally also integrates personal transformation and wellness coaching, inspiring change, growth and a deeper sense of purpose.
Sally's yoga classes consist of flowing sequences, linking movement with the breath, incorporating both power and restorative poses, pranayama and meditation, for balanced, mindful and energizing practice.
