After getting up we had breakfast before starting the walk at 5:00 am. Again we will walk for about three hours before reaching the summit of Iliniza Norte at 5126 m. above sea level. The last part of our climb is quite steep and there are many rocks, so we will put on the harnesses and secure ourselves by tying ourselves with a rope. For our descent we chose a different and more direct path. B/L/D

We woke up at 8:00 a.m. The trekking begins in the Limpiopungo Lagoon following the path that will take us through the moor towards the slopes of the Rumiñahui volcano, whose central peak is at a height of 4,643 meters above sea level; In which we are going to really enjoy the views while we tour this beautiful place.

We woke up, had breakfast 7:30 am. We will go to the Cotopaxi National Park and go up to the refuge center with our team. After lunch, we'll gear up and take a training course on the glacier with the guide before having dinner and resting until midnight. B/L/D

Our summit climb will begin at approximately 1:00 am and will take five hours to reach the top. The return climb takes approximately two to three hours. Return to Quito around 11 am. B/-/-
