Cuscun offers an authentic culinary experience for those looking to taste the true and traditional flavors of Guatemala. During your class you'll do an appetizer, main dish, dessert and of course your very own tortillas.  During this 3 to 4 hour long experience you'll learn about Guatemalan food and cooking techniques along with culture and a look into everyday life in the town of Jocotenango. 

The class includes all the ingredients, bilingual guides/chefs, hands on cooking class, a beverage and transportation! 

All of our tours begin and end with an authentic experience traveling in a pick up  truck or chicken bus. We are happy to coordinate pick up at your hotel, hostel or homestay in any part of  central Antigua. Additionally, you can arrive directly at our school in Jocotenango via tuc tuc for 20 quetzales – just ask them to take you to the “gasolinera puma en Jocotenango” and we will be waiting outside for you!
