About this trip

Welcome to our leadership institute for neurodivergent professionals.


This seven-day trip includes lodging, food, transportation, and exclusive workshops taught by Maya cooperatives, leaders and elders in partnership with international neurodivergent business leaders.

Location:  San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemala 


You fly into Guatemala City, and we shuttle you to San Pedro La Laguna via Antigua.

Courses include skill-building leadership courses focusing on accountability, communication, community building, and cooperative skills. Work with Maya instructors on creative cultural activities to learn about the value of making objects and greater humility.

1 or 2 beds at a Maya Owned Hotel.  The hotel is located in a peaceful, rural area near a 90% Mayan village on the outskirts of San Pedro. The rooms are accessible via stairs. Please contact us if you need different accommodations.  


All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, while selected rooms will provide you with a balcony, and others also have lake views. All guest rooms feature bed linen. 


No refunds will be given.  Therefore, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND purchasing travel insurance if you need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances.  Insurance will cover the cost of your retreat and travel expenses, usually within two weeks of expense.  


 Located in San Pedro La Laguna and with Atitlán Volcano reachable within 15 miles, provides a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property, and a restaurant. The hotel features family rooms.  All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, while selected rooms will provide you with a balcony, and others also have lake views. All guest rooms feature bed linen.  The nearest airport is La Aurora Airport, 91 miles from the hotel.

This option is for someone who is bringing a partner, friend or child.

There is an extra bed for them. 


This package only covers the workshops and other amenities for one participant.  The room has two beds for you to bring your partner, friend, child, but they would not be offered the amenities.  If you would like to discuss adding meals and activities for your child, please let us know. Your friend/partner would also need to sign up at this same level to receive food and participate in activities. This tier is discounted for parents to help offset travel costs with children.
