Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.   When booking double occupancy, your roommate must submit their deposit and traveler form within 24 hours of yours or booking will not be confirmed.  Pricing will continue to increase after the original deposit date has passed. Prices are subject to change without a deposit. 

Bank account payments are free, however, participants paying with card will incur any processing fees at checkout. Bank cards also have a minimum 3 day processing time, so your trip will not be deposited until funds have cleared on our side.
