If you cancel your trip before the 90-day deadline, 25% of the total trip price is non-refundable, as are any airfare, train tickets, or ferry tickets purchased as part of your trip package due to the strict cancellation policy by foreign carriers (if applicable).
Trip cancellations requested after the final payment deadlines listed above are non-refundable, and guests are encouraged to file a claim with their travel insurance for reimbursement.
In the unlikely event Walker Wellness Retreats cancels the retreat, guests will be provided a full 100% refund of their booking.

✅ Sun Protection – The sun is intense in both countries due to the ozone layer. Sunscreen is a must!

Your adventure begins as you arrive at Auckland Airport (AKL), where private transportation has been arranged to take you to the Hilton Auckland. Nestled on the city’s waterfront, this sleek and modern hotel offers breathtaking views of the harbor, setting the perfect tone for your retreat.
9:30 AM: Airport pick up by the Hilton Auckland.
Upon arrival, the day is yours to explore or relax at your leisure. Whether you choose to take a stroll along Auckland’s bustling streets, unwind by the waterfront, or simply rest after your journey, this time is for you.
The retreat officially begins this evening with a warm welcome dinner and orientation:
6:30 PM: Meet Amy in the hotel lobby for a brief, scenic walk to the restaurant.
6:45 PM: Enjoy dinner at Oyster & Chop, a premier restaurant located in the lively Viaduct Harbour. With stunning water views from every table, you’ll savor a two-course meal of your choice. Alcoholic beverages are available at your own expense.
