"Without vision the people will perish, but without courage, dreams die." - Rosa Parks
The Christ-centered yoga class will be for all levels! We will integrate some visualization and relaxation techniques along with journaling prompts to help you to dream big and plan your future.
We all have a calling on our lives, whether it is being a mom, serving in church, owning your own business or becoming an astronaut. Some people never go for what they really want in life because they are held back by fear or are stuck in anger, hurt or distraction. Lori will briefly explore some of these areas from a Biblical perspective to clear the way for you to create a vision of success for yourself
What is a vision board? A vision board is collage of images and words representing your wishes or goals. Kristi Meenan, former corporate trainer, and Lori will guide you in a step-by-step process to creating a list of accomplishments and dreams you want to achieve.
We will have a stack of magazines and brochures for you to peruse in search of images that best depict your vision. You'll take your board home and place it somewhere in your home or office where you'll see it every day. This fun project will serve as an inspiration and motivation to help you reach your goals..
Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. Its scientifically proven that you move toward what you think about. The purpose of your vision board is to bring everything on it to life.
First Step: PRAY! Ask God what HIS vision is for you. Take some quiet time to prepare and dream about what your goals are in the following areas: relationships, career and finances, home, travel, and personal growth in areas such as your walk with God, your social life, or education and health.
