From start to finish, Janel was excellent! She understood my vision, the hotel aesthetic, the curated activities and excursions, and the overall tone I wanted to set. She was responsive to each guest and swooped in when one guest had an urgent need after the official trip was over. Could not have had a better time!

I had a great time. There were no issues in securing the lodging and transportation arrangements made by Unique Does Travel. The transportation representatives were extremely accommodating. I had one concern with the condition of the hotel and provided feedback to Unique. I would not stay there when in the Miami area.
