To reserve a diving spot with Eagleray Tours Galapagos, payment in full is required to secure your booking. This payment is applied in full to the cost of the dive trip. Payment for reservations is solely accepted through WeTravel. A 4% service fee will be applied. There is a higher service fee for AmericanExpress. We do not accept international bank transfers or PayPal. 

Whilst we are sympathetic to circumstances that are outside of your control, including personal emergencies, please understand that this is also not our fault and 100% of the payment total will still be charged. This policy is not meant to be punitive. Eagleray Tours Galapagos has incurred various charges in reserving your place and planning for your participation. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip, not arriving or arriving late. 

Unexpected events happen in life which can cause you to change your plans. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all our divers and should be taken out at the time of booking. 

By accessing this website and buying our services you consent to these terms and conditions If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of Eagleray Tours Galapagos to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of Eagleray Tours Galapagos. These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.

To cancel your trip, please contact us via email at info@eagleraytours.com.ec specifically stating that you would like to cancel your trip. Please note 50% of the total balance will be refunded with 15 days advanced cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than 15 days notice to the date of the scheduled dive trip are subject to a 0% refund. We will process your cancellation within 14 business days. The cancellation policy date applies from the date we receive your email request.

Eagleray Tour Galapagos and its constituents have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
