We went back home after the terrorist attack and did not attend the tailgate.

Because I love DawgNation, I would like to say that this was a really great experience. I have had really great experiences with other events through DawgNation. However, the handling of this particular trip was not well done. The New Year’s Eve event was actually canceled and I was not notified of this. Therefore, I wasted almost 2 hours of my evening, trying to locate where this event was taking place when in fact it had been canceled. Evidently some people were notified, but many of us were not. This was frustrating and had a very negative impact on my evening on New Year’s Eve. And just for clarification, this had nothing to do with the tragic events that occurred much later in the night on New Year’s Eve on Bourbon Street. This was much earlier in the evening. As for the tailgate before the game, the location was fine. The food was average, not up to standard of what I’ve had with DawgNation before. And there was definitely not enough seating for the number of people who were there. In general, the entire experience was subpar compared to what I’ve experienced with DawgNation in the past. I would put the blame for almost all of this on Atlanta sports trips. For the price, you need to up your game.

Very fun. Could have used more seating and tables for such a large crowd! Definitely need more vegetarian options for food too! Great bar! All staff friendly and helpful.

It was a fun experience! Good food and a good time. They provided some fun swag and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. I would do it again.

It was terribly disappointing as we working on very limited information and having to make family decisions for safety with the terror attack that hit our hotel. We were away from children and made the choice to return to them rather than try to tailgate and pretend that nothing happened and further put ourselves in harms way. We could not in good conscious pretend to enjoy the event in not truly understanding safety concerns and the loss of life that we witnessed first hand. It would be completely understandable to not issue a refund under any other circumstance, but a terror attack should be treated differently. We emailed and tried to contact the company to get a refund, but no response. We would be incredibly grateful for your understanding and for a refund to be issued.
