EAT. DRINK. YOGA. Tuscany 2023
Slip away to a retreat in the Italian countryside. Discover the charm of Italy, tucked away in the landscape of sprawling vineyards and cypress trees imbedded in bright blue autumnal skies. Delight yourself with savory Tuscan cuisine, sip local wines, and restore your body and mind. Slow down to enjoy the simple sophistication of life in a restored 14th century farmhouse. Venture down to a medieval village surrounded by castle walls or relax on the veranda away from the hustle of modern life. Ieva and Sarah will teach yoga and mindfulness practices in the backdrop of Italian architecture to reconnect your mind and body daily. Accompanied by fellow yogis and wine enthusiasts, reawaken to new experiences and take time for yourself. Nourish with authentic farm-to-table food, wine, yoga, and an awareness reset that will leave you feeling the value and warmth of connection and balanced well-being.
Welcome to the retreat that your senses, body, and mind will be grateful for. Cheers!
