Empowering Women Retreat. Fantastic trip with Sue and HarleyJane. The group of ladies were amazing, Drift Away Lodge was cozy, and our outings were an adventure. I highly recommend this trip to 50+ year olds….! ~Laney

I had a great time, lots of fun and laughing. I enjoyed having the entire hotel for our group, gave a lot of freedom to do things like sit in the common area and play cards in my jammies. The amount of time we spent driving places was too long. For example, 5 hours of driving, starting at 630a on our first day, was not worth the river safari. It didn't give enough time for those that arrived late, or even the next day, to relax and get to know the other ladies. Food at Drift Away was alright, pretty plain, however I understand there will be a different chef for next retreat. I also would have liked more "circle time" and I heard this from a few other ladies, mostly those traveling alone, to give us more of a chance to get to know it each other. Having flight delays and arriving late the first night, just as all were going to bed, felt like we didn't a chance to visit with everyone and at least learn names, before we piled in a van. Overall I would recommend

What a wonderful experience!! I met fabulous women and made wonderful friendships. The excursions where informative and enjoyable! Thank you so much for such a great experience.
