ARI Group Trip FAQs

PAYMENT

Deposit is $250 and non-refundable (unless running a special). Automatic payments will be set up and charged until trip is paid in full. Partial payments are allowed if you’d like to personally break down payments further. A trip can be paid off early at any time. A single payment discount rate is provided for those who would like to take advantage of this deal.

If you traveling on multiple ARI Group Trips and would like to modify preset payment dates please email ariel@arielroseinternational.com and we will work with you. 

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Although we welcome travelers of many ages, all travelers must be 21 by time of departure to join Ariel Rose International Group Trips.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The $250 deposit is non-refundable.

You can cancel your trip up to 30 days prior to trip departure.

All trips cancelled less than 30 days before the confirmed departure dates are subject to our cancellation policy. 

No shows/No communication will be treated as cancellations and will incur 100% cancellation fees.

Kindly note we do not offer any cash refunds for trips cancelled , however, if you do cancel 30 days before your trip we offer a transfer of your balance towards a new experience or destination.

Although we will do our best to keep the schedule as you see here, travel does require flexibility. Schedules and itineraries are subject to changes, but even if something has to be changed or adjusted, we promise you’ll have a great time!
